Brampton Ladies FC 3-1 Isleham United ladies first.

We went on an away trip to Isleham today to play in our 3rd cup game in a row. The wind was strong and the pitch was well worn. The ladies came out from the word go and gave their all against Isleham. We were a solid unit all over the pitch and worked really hard. We took an early lead in the 18th minute from Katie with a well placed strike. We had many chances at goal and kept pushing up in their half. Just before half time Katie slotted home again.

We knew that the second half was going to be tough and Isleham came at us hard but we held on well. We conceded from a driven shot and it was game on again at 2-1. We did not give up and kept pressing their half and in the 77th minute we were awarded a penalty for a handball in the box. Upstood Katie and smashed it home to complete her hat trick. We battled all the way to the end and final score 3-1.

Katie was our player of the match (the hat trick hero) This maybe our last match report for a while with the covid restrictions coming into place, but this whole team is truly amazing and I love managing them. #brammoladies
